Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship at a $45 flat rate and require a signature upon delivery—this cannot be waived. Orders valued at $500 or more include additional high-value protection and require an adult signature. UPS does not offer a ‘hold for pickup’ option.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. International shipping is available at a $75 flat rate and shipments are marked with full retail value for customs.

Redelivery Fees

UPS makes up to three delivery attempts before returning the package. If a package is returned due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for any redelivery fees.

Insurance

All orders are fully insured. To maintain insurance coverage, we cannot waive the signature requirement.

For any shipping or return inquiries, customers can email shipping@themoonstoned.com. Address changes are supported but must be confirmed before shipment. Our policies are clearly stated on our website to prevent any misunderstandings regarding shipping and returns.

*Items shipped internationally are subject to customs duties and sales tax or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out. As per our shipping insurance company, we declare full retail listing values on all packages.

If your purchase is subject to customs duties and sales tax or VAT, your local shipping provider will contact you about these fees, which must be paid before delivery of your purchase is scheduled. You will also be required to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN or SSN, for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon. 

*International items that are returned to sender incur additional fees to the customer, which will be reflected as items are refunded.   

Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return
