2024 Policy Updates

As of May 1st, 2024, we are implementing new policies at The Moonstoned aimed at enhancing clarity, opportunity, and confidence for all our customers.

  1. Reintroducing Layaway Option: We are thrilled to announce the return of our Layaway program, offering you the opportunity to acquire your desired pieces without straining your budget or the hidden fees of a third party! To participate, all it takes is a one-time application process for approval. Subsequently, payments will be evenly divided over a 3 to 4 month period, spaced two weeks apart. Please note that layaway items are not eligible for return or exchange, and any delinquent payments will incur a 10% fee of the total balance monthly.
  2. Revised Return Policy: Effective May 1st, we are revising our return policy. You will now have a one-week window to initiate returns for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. It is imperative that you take responsibility for the return process, ensuring the item reaches our headquarters within 7 days of receipt. But don’t worry, if you have any questions we are here to help. Email Lindsay at shipping@themoonstoned.com and she will get back to you within business hours.
  3. Custom Orders and Deposits: All Custom orders will now require a deposit! After the initial conversation, we will come up with a budget and plan which will require a deposit before designs are shared. 
  • Additional Notes:
      • We uphold a commitment to originality and will not replicate designs from other contemporary designers.
      • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of disrespect or harsh language directed at any of The Moonstoned staff members.
      • While we empathize with concerns regarding shipping costs, we kindly remind you that these fees are essential to ensure the safe delivery of your purchases.
